Does payment need to be paid up front or can it first be submitted to the insurance company. I have Blue Cross/Blue Shield through FCPS. Do you know if they cover these appointments? Thanks for bringing your attention to this!

Your article provides a comprehensive overview of the menopausal transition, highlighting the decade-long perimenopausal phase leading up to menopause and the subsequent postmenopausal stage. The discussion on symptoms such as hot flashes, night sweats, weight gain, and sleep disturbances underscores the multifaceted challenges women may face during this time. Addressing the increased risks of heart disease, osteoporosis, and diabetes post-menopause emphasises the importance of proactive health management. Could you elaborate on specific strategies or treatments that can effectively mitigate these health risks and enhance quality of life during and after the menopausal transition?
